Capture Profile– We will complete a thorough evaluation of your corporate expertise, technical capabilities, and past performance to develop a Capture Profile that will guide us in targeting the best opportunities for your company.
Identify/Qualify Opportunities– Based on your profile, we will present you with a combination of Forecast Opportunities, RFIs, and live-RFPs to pursue with details on how your company can best pursue. We will position you to win by laying out the new opportunity details, comprehensive analysis, and a path forward as either a prime contractor or member of a team.
Pursuit Strategy– We will host a meeting to discuss the specific opportunities, explain why we think it is a good fit for your company, receive feedback from your leadership, and discuss the pursuit strategy.
